Our most popular trip offering something for everyone. An exhilarating three hour voyage to discover Penwith's wonderful wildlife, stunning coastline and famous features such as the Minack Theatre. Depending on conditions and recent sightings, you could find yourself exploring along the coast towards Lands End via the turquoise waters of Porthcurno, before taking an offshore route back to port. Alternatively we could strike out right offshore to search the reefs and shoals while watching the spectacular coastline stretch away behind us. On these trips we could see seals, many species of seabirds, common, bottlenosed and Risso's dolphins, harbour porpoises, basking sharks, ocean sunfish and many other types of marine life. An unforgettable ocean adventure. Sailing on a large fast catamaran can be delightfully tranquil and if the wind allows fantastically exciting, and you can even take the helm if you like.

A one hour and a half hour trip which could take you to Cudden Point via St. Michael's Mount in the east or St Clement's Island and beyond in the west. Wildlife experiences on the Bay Discovery can be just as extensive as anywhere else, but please bear in mind the chances of seeing dolphins are less on this trip because of its shorter length. We can guarantee an exciting ride, fantastic views and a really good chance of finding seals and who knows - you may be amongst the lucky ones. A trip more suitable for families with younger children, or those looking for a taste of West Cornwall's marine environment.

A 4 hour exploration of the seas and coasts of the wild west of Cornwall. Exact itineraries will be flexible according to weather, sea conditions and latest sightings. However having longer to explore will give us the chance to search a wider area than our normal trips and increase our chances of finding more wildlife. The trip will still include a mix of coastal and offshore searching but the aim is to have more time exploring the offshore feeding grounds in our area. Whether we explore along th coast to our seal colonies near Lands End or 10 miles out to sea this trip is sure to be a memorable experience and is definitely one for the true wildlife enthusiast. On this trip we could see seals, many species of seabirds, common, bottlenosed and Risso's dolphins, harbour porpoises, minke whales, basking sharks, ocean sunfish and many other types of marine life, The catamaran offers us the space, comfort and facilities to offer this longer trip.
The trip is entirely weather dependent if it looks like conditions are unsuitable for this longer trip then you will be offered the opportunity of going on one of our shorter trips. Specific wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed.

Specially produced invitations are included in the price. Skipper and crew have extensive experience working with children of all ages. Call to discuss your requirements.

We are also available for private charter and the boat can be used for various purposes, including filming, photography, as a water taxi to name but a few. One of our first clients was the BBC who used us to access remote areas to film wildlife for a forthcoming series. Call for rates as they will vary depending on your specific requirements. |
